Had an 8:00 AM appointment (confirmed the day before). I arrived at 7:57 and waited until 8:47, but the detailer never showed. I was told multiple times he was “10 minutes away,” which ended up being an additional 30+ minutes with no real update. I understand things happen (he wasn’t feeling well) but I shouldn’t have to keep checking in for basic communication. Unfortunately, no accommodation or discount was offered for the delay, so I left. On the bright side, I found another detailer who was available immediately and charged less than half the price.

Having just moved to Bowling Green recently, I pulled into the Cheetah car wash looking for hand wash from their detail shop. Steven, the general manger, quickly got me lined up for a hand wash with Jonah. He did a fanatics job! The truck was covered with bugs from a long trip. Everything was excellent! And zero spots on black paint. I highly recommend them and will return!

This shop is at the top of my list. I have a Black 2023 Z06 Corvette. Initially I’d told Myself I’d buy and apply all detail products and labor to guarantee my car consistently has the showroom finish. Luck or coincidental I came across Steve and Alex who manage. Both on top of their products as well with application procedures Jonah, my detailer was just as attentive I’ve used the services a few times and will continue and recommend. My experience has been two thumbs up and it’s nice to have a local shop doing its quality work if time is short and in town for a show or festival.

Wonderful place to go. I drove from Michigan and my car had picked up every bug and road grim on the way down. They took the time to hand wash my car and it looks just as good when I left. Highly recommend if you need to have your vehicle cleaned.
